Change phone number with OTC

This route is used to change a phone number by sending an OTC (one-time code) to the new number over SMS. To complete the phone number change, you'll need to use changePhoneId from the response (and the OTC sent via SMS) in the subsequent call to Verify phone number change with SMS. A vendor token is required for this route, it can be obtained from the Vendor Authentication route.
