Get tenant invite configuration

get https://api.frontegg.com/identity/resources/tenants/invites/v1/configuration

This route checks if the vendor allows tenant invitations and if notifications are active. Send the userā€™s id in the frontegg-user-id header and the tenantā€™s id in the frontegg-tenant-id header.
